I spent 25 bucks on lunch. It didnt get delivered after showing g delivered almost 2 hours after I ordered from a place right around the corner. I was offered an immediate credit. That's fine, but since I'm not gonna use your service, I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. That means I cant goethe lunch I needed today, or the leftovers I had planned to eat tomorrow. I'll discourage people from using bitesquad every chance I get.
BiteSquad doesn't even deserve the one star its getting. I ordered a $108 meal that I never got. I waited over 2 hours to even get a refund and that was after my driver picked up my food. My driver picked up my food and left with it. She was right up the road when all of a sudden my order when back to the original screen display. I am never using this app again

My delivery was fast and the driver was very polite. Bite Squad even called to tell me the restaurant was out of something so that I could make another choice. And the delivery was still fast! I definitely recommend them.
We ordered food food from Bite Squad then we waited 2 hours. So we canceled! They kept our FOOD AND OUR MONEY! NEVER AGAIN... THEY ARE A JOKE
I used Bite Squad for the very first time because a friend gave me a gift certificate. I ordered MOTHER'S DAY dinner and DID receive a confirmation of the order. I didn't receive any further emails. On Mother's Day, at the time we were supposed to receive delivery, I clicked on Track and saw that the order was CANCELLED! So, here we were, expecting a nice dinner and... NOTHING! What a happy Mother's Day for the 3 mothers at our dinner! Very disappointed and if it weren't for the gift certificate that I STILL have to use because I am NOT going to let them have that money for nothing, I would never order them again! They need to let us know as soon as they cancel an order so we can make other arrangements! I have been telling everyone, today, what happened and not to use this service with the outrageous hidden service fees! They have more hidden fees than my cell phone bill! EXTREMELY unhappy customer!
Placed an order for pickup, entered in all of my information, placed order, got confirmation, closed my computer. Opened it again in an hour, found an email that said I had to SEND AN EMAIL within 20 MINUTES with a PHOTO of my ID and CREDIT CARD or they would cancel the order. By the time I saw the email, my order was cancelled. Customer service said it was for "my protection for fraud".
Won't use their business again and will tell restaurant to consider someone else.
Driver was great and did left at the door. Food was hot. Loved it.
Order $37 worth of food and total ends up being 63 dollars, 20 of which are fees that don't go to that driver.
So to recap, its a company that screws it customers, restaurants, and its drivers. Don't use.

We ordered 130.00 worth of food and by the time you added all of your fees it came to $192.00. You are the biggest rip-off ever. Doordash should be everyones choice from now one. Ridiculous. Please everyone find another delivery service and check out their fees. Ours came with a mandatory tip, booking fee (what ever the hell that is) and a service charge. I just am stunned.
I would give zero if I could. I used these yahoos last year, but they screwed me over so many times I gave up. Today was my birthday, so I decided to treat myself. I ordered from a nearby Mexican restaurant at 7:10. It is now 9:34. No food, no answer from Customer Service after trying for over an hour...no response whatsoever! I checked the tracker again, & it showed delivered. I called the restaurant & was told my order was ready nearly TWO HOURS AGO & is still sitting on the counter! Now my evening has been ruined & I have a credit card charge to dispute. I despise this delivery service, & I will blast them out on every forum possible. Incompetent yahoos!

It is a legit company. They are rather expensive too use and their customer support is non-existent if something is wrong with the order.

I received a $100 gift card from a close friend after losing my brother. I can't use it.

I chose Bite Squad because that is what the restaurant had advertised on their website.
